Adds a Forgejo Actions workflow that authenticates as shopping-bot-build, builds the repository Dockerfile with Kaniko, and pushes both an immutable commit-SHA tag and latest to registry.pjw.lol/pawel/shopping-bot. Registry credentials are removed from the workspace even when the build fails.

Validated with a successful manual workflow run: https://git.pjw.lol/pawel/shopping-bot/actions/runs/3
